Session 1 – 12:00pm
Caught to Order | Nate Smith | Gravity Fishing

Nate catches to order – Ikijimi perfection. He has one boat and one crew, fishing as ethically and sustainably as possible with little to no impact on our environment.  Taste your way through our region’s local Kai Moana, as Nate describes his connection with the ocean, his love for our environment, and how that translates into great dishes fit for the most astute seafood connoisseur.

Session 2 – 1:15pm
From Garden to Table | Cultivate Christchurch

Cultivate has a network of urban farms propagated and powered by the next generation. They supply both the hospitality industry and private customers with a range of seasonally changing products.

Join them for a showcase highlighting three of our Urban Farmer’s foraged favourites – picked on the day from Cultivate Christchurch – served small plate style.

A guided tasting sure to please the herbivores (and omnivores!) amongst us – all small plates in this session are Vegan and Gluten-Free.

Session 3 – 2:15pm
Cuisine a la Charcuterie | Hannah Miller | A Lady Butcher

The perfect afternoon accompaniment finds it’s way into this mid-afternoon tasting session, as the ‘Lady’ behind A Lady Butcher guides you through her favourite charcuterie pairings by blending uniquely Canterbury flavours.

Session 4 – 3:15pm
A fresh take on Cheese | Daniel Jenkins | Kaikoura Cheese

Kaikoura cheese has a vision to create the finest artisan cheese in this part of the world. They make semi hard and soft cheese with milk from Jersey Cows, Sannan Goats and New Zealand Sheep. Cheese like no other!
