Stephen Wong is New Zealand’s newest Master of Wine – over the past 15 years he’s moved from vineyard worker, to sommelier, to wine show judge across New Zealand and Australia, all whilst working behind the scenes with restaurants and hotels in New Zealand and Singapore on their wine lists and training.

Nicholas Brown is the winemaker for his family winery Black Estate in Waipara. He is passionate about organics and biodynamics and the relationship between the vineyard and the finished wine.

Nicholas has spent vintages in Marlborough, Chianti, Barolo, Napa and Oregon.
