Wild Food and products from North Canterbury - 11am
Sarah’s career has taken her to the refined luxury resort of Glenn Eagles in Scotland before the lure of Canterbury brought her home to Amberley’s Nor’Wester Cafe.

Seafood - 12pm
A member of the NZ Culinary Team he has been awarded the title of South Island Chef of the Year in 2007 and 2008, and recently won the Bidvest National Kitchen Team Regional Challenge.

Entertaining with Ease – Fabulous Food for Summer Days 1&3pm
Lauraine Jacobs is the FOOD COLUMNIST for the NZ LISTENER magazine, an internationally respected food and wine writer and author/editor of eight cookbooks and one travel book, Matakana.

Dessert Ideas for Christmas - 2pm
Richard trained in London under Swiss professor John Huber & French pastry chef Robert Mey. In the UK he became the first Kiwi to win the Academy Culinaire de France awards of excellence for pastry and in 2003 won NZ’s Pastry chef of the year.

New Zealand Lamb - 4pm
Well known for his work throughout the hospitality community of New Zealand and the Pacific Rim, he is regarded for his particular skills for event conception, organisation and delivery.

J. Friend & Co produce a unique range of single varietal, certified organic New Zealand honey. It was created to return life to honey and dignity to the artisan beekeeper and now they want to introduce food lovers to the complex flavours of vintage organic honey, a taste experience without equal!
